Principle of Operation

5.1 Valve Operating Process

Opening sequence: Upstream valve closes → Spool closes → Air bladder inflates

Closing Process: Airbag deflation → Valve core opens → Upstream valve opens

5.2 Pneumatic Conveyor Application Process

Feeding: Pneumatic conveyor discharge valve closes → Exhaust valve opens to vent air → Airbag deflation → Valve core opens → Upstream valve feeds material

Discharge: Upstream valve closes → Exhaust valve closes → Valve core closes → Airbag inflation → Pneumatic conveyor pressurisation → Discharge valve discharges material

Wiring Diagram Notes

6.1 Standard Wiring Diagram (System 1)

Upper limit switch: 1-Normally Closed, 2-COM, 3-Normally Open

Lower limit switch: 4-Normally Closed, 5-COM, 6-Normally Open

Solenoid valve power supply: 7-Positive (24V/12V), 8-Negative (can be connected to 220V)

Pressure transmitter: 10-Positive power supply, 11 – Power Negative, 12 – TEST

The earth terminal must be securely earthed

6.2 Integrated Control Board Wiring (System 2)

The control terminal is operated via 24V high/low voltage levels: low voltage (0V) closes the valve, high voltage (24V) opens the valve

Delay time setting: Adjusted via DIP switches, default 3 seconds (requires power cycle to take effect)

Important Notes

Installation Requirements

Never open the valve whilst pressurised.

Do not allow water or wet material to enter the valve.

Ensure the flange faces are coaxial during installation, and tighten the bolts evenly.

Set the pressure regulator to 0.4–0.6 MPa; do not adjust it once locked.

Troubleshooting

Airbag does not inflate

① Check that the pressure regulator is open ② Replace the leaking airbag

Valve provides no signal feedback

① Adjust the limit switch ② Check that the wiring is secure

Ball cannot rotate

① Reset the stuck air bladder ② Replace the bearing sleeve
