The U-shaped screw conveyor is a type of screw conveyor manufactured in accordance with the DIN 15261-1986 standard, with its design complying with the JB/T 7679-2008 professional standard for screw conveyors. U-shaped screw conveyors are widely used in the grain, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, mining and power sectors, primarily for conveying fine granular, powdery and small lumpy materials. They are not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to spoilage, highly viscous and prone to caking, or those with high moisture content.

Suitable for small-scale operations, it offers stable conveying and performs effectively where space is limited. With excellent sealing performance, it offers significant advantages in dusty environments or where environmental standards are required, preventing dust generation during conveyance. However, the U-type screw conveyor is not suitable for long-distance conveyance; it is more expensive than belt conveyors and may cause damage such as crushing to fragile materials.
