Rotary Valve ARK Clean Series
This model belongs to the quick-clean series and is primarily used in environments with high hygiene requirements, such as the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is also used for feeding and discharging in systems where material changes are frequent and cross-contamination must be avoided. It is convenient to operate, easy to clean quickly and leaves no dead corners.
Model Types
This model is available in two main configurations: the slide-rod type and the quick-opening door type.
Slide-rod type: To disassemble for cleaning, loosen the bolt handle, gently pull the end cover along the guide column to its limit, remove the impeller, and grasp the shaft at both ends to extract it. After cleaning, insert the impeller, push the end cover back into place, and tighten the bolt handle.
Quick-opening type: Loosen the fixing bolts and open the end cover door. Remove the impeller. After cleaning, insert the impeller and tighten the positioning bolts.

The housing and main components are precision-cast, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance;
