Magnetic separators include equipment such as flat-bed magnetic separators and flat-bed iron removers. These devices generate a powerful magnetic field capable of attracting and removing ferromagnetic impurities mixed within materials. This ensures the safe and proper operation of mechanical equipment within conveying systems, such as crushers and grinders. At the same time, they effectively prevent accidents caused by large or long pieces of iron tearing conveyor belts, whilst also significantly improving the quality of raw materials. Depending on the method of iron discharge, they can be categorised into various operating modes, including manual discharge, automatic discharge and programme-controlled discharge.
